Run analyseTo run analyses on the data that you have stored go to "Data Management" and select the tables that you what to analyse, you need to have at least one harvest dataset and activity or soil dataset in the same location in order to run an analysis. When you have decided which datasets to analyse go to "Run analysis" and press "Run the analyse". After some time (depending on the size of datasets) a window like this will appear:
The graph appearing in front of you has two different "y labels" and one "x label", the left hand side "y label" is the yield as a function of the "x label" (in this case "set planting distance mm"). On the right hand side is the "y label" how many samples that provide the yield result for each planting distance (marked with an X in the graph).
In the boxes bellow the graph you can change which parameter that should be on the "x label" and set limits for the other parameters. Just under the graph there is field "Minimum data points required" this is to limit data so there is at least x amount of harvest points for each value on the "x label"
